Email Deliverability Terms of Service

  • The $99 diagnostic fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not you choose to have us fix your email deliverability problems.
  • All prices listed on our website for email deliverability fixes and diagnostic reports are quoted per domain. If you require assistance with multiple domains, separate fees will apply.
  • The email deliverability diagnostic service includes a review of your email setup and identifying any issues that may be impacting your email deliverability, such as improperly configured DNS records, third-party email misconfigurations, using disallowed email content, or not abiding by the CAN-SPAM act.
  • If we are unable to identify any issues that are affecting your email deliverability during our diagnostic service, we may refund the diagnostic fee at our discretion.
  • If we identify a DNS misconfiguration as the cause of your email deliverability problems, we will inform you that there are DNS misconfigurations affecting your email deliverability. However, we will not provide specific instructions on what DNS records need to be changed, unless you accept our quote and use us to fix your email deliverability problems.
  • If we identify issues that are affecting your email deliverability, our diagnostic report will outline these issues and provide recommendations on how to fix them. The report will also include a flat rate quote to fix the identified issues.
  • The success of email deliverability is dependent on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to recipient email filters and spam policies, and changes to internet standards and regulations.
  • We will make every effort to fix any issues we find and to optimize your email deliverability to the best of our abilities. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or email deliverability rates.
  • We cannot be held responsible for email deliverability issues caused by IP or domain blacklisting, or when our clients use an email host that utilizes shared IP addresses. Such issues are beyond our control, and we will work with our clients to provide guidance and support, but we cannot guarantee successful resolution.
  • We do not accept responsibility for the content that our clients send in their emails or where email providers decide to place them. We strive to assist our clients with best practices for email marketing and deliverability, but ultimately, the content and placement of emails is at the discretion of the email provider.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the flat rate quote if additional issues are discovered during the fix. We will inform you of any changes to the quote before proceeding with the fix.
  • Payment for the diagnostic fee and any fees charged to fix your email deliverability problems will be processed through our payment gateway or through a third-party service. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
  • Any chargebacks initiated by you will be subject to review by our team and may result in legal action if we determine the chargeback to be fraudulent.
